Rosie Vargas Goldberg (Writer, Producer, Executive Producer) is a Chicago native and graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago.  She worked in the pharmaceutical industry for several years before deciding to become a full time mother to her two sons.  During this time, she wrote the script for Bloom.  She founded Whateverfilms, Incorporated with the goal of making socially observant films.

Bloom is the first project of Whateverfilms.  Ms. Vargas Goldberg is currently working on two other screenplays.
